An Easy Exotic Summer "Dessert".

Ingredients
  • Dragon Fruit 1 large, peeled and cut into 1cm X 1cm cubes
  • Chinese preserved plum 1 salted, grated
  • Mint leaves 1 sprig

Steps

  • Prepare the fruit by peeling it and slicing it into 1cm cubes. Place on a serving plate.
  • Grate over the salted preserved plum and garnish with a sprig of mint.
