  • Lychee - 1 tin, drained

Steps

  • Prepare the mango, pineapple and lychees. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour. When cold serve into bowls and drizzle with passion fruit pulp.
  • Grind the star anise in a spice grinder until you have a fine powder, mix this with the sugar and sprinkle over the fruit. Garnish with a mint sprig.
