Ingredients
  • Carrot - 200g / 0.44 lb, peeled and sliced on an angle
  • French bean - 200g / 0.44 lb, trimmed and blanched
  • Groundnut oil - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, finely chopped
  • Ginger - 1 tbsp, grated
  • Vegetarian oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Low sodium light soy sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar - 1 tbsp
For the garnish
  • Crispy shallots - (optional)

Steps

  • Add the oil to a wok and heat to high. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds. Add the carrot and cook for another minute.
  • Add the beans, oyster sauce, soy and vinegar and toss for another 30 seconds. Serve immediately and garnish with crispy fried shallots.
