In Britain, we are spoiled with the best tender asparagus! I like to put a Chinese spin on such a tasty way to serve vegetables - grilled - by "marinating" the asparagus in a Chinese gingery, yellow bean, soy marinade - then seasoned with a dash of sour from a freshly juiced lemon, and garnished with nutty black sesame seeds. Delicious served with fried eggs with a dash of soy sauce for a tasty "Chinese" brunch dish.
