Really excited to be returning to Saturday Kitchen tomorrow, Saturday 24th October at 10am. It’s always a pleasure to work with the wonderful James Martin and I am looking forward to hearing who I will up against in the ‘omelette challenge’ this week. Following the ethos of my latest cookbook Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health, I am cooking another modern, healthy take on a Chinese favourite.
