I had a brilliant time on Lorraine this morning! Such a pleasure cooking with this lovely lady. I hope you enjoyed my recipe for Healthy steamed Haddock with Chinese salsa verde with babycorn & kale brown rice. An easy and healthy way to start the New Year. Turmeric is a great cold preventative and so is ginger – warming! Chillies provide a vitamin C hit and the fish is a great source of omega 3. Brown rice has more fibre than white rice and contains essential B vitamins and fatty acids. Cavolo Nero is a Superfood, rich in calcium, vitamins and minerals and omega 3 fatty acids.
