I am flying off to Budapest this weekend to attend their 2016 Gourmet Festival. It’ll be my first time in Hungary and I am really looking forward to exploring. Thanks to the Food Network for inviting me to the event – a great opportunity to launch my show “Ching’s Amazing Asia” which will be airing in Hungary soon. I will be on the main gastro stage from 2.00pm on Sunday 15th May and will be cooking a Sichuan Chinese dish - my Twice Cooked Belly Pork "Hui Guo Rou" and sharing lots of cooking tips.
