In the series, I'm back in one of my favourite foodie destinations - Hong Kong - challenged to find ten of the coolest chefs in the city. No easy task - there were so many to choose from! In episode 2, I met the fantastic Head Chef Fung from Social Place, serving contemporary Cantonese food. The menu is filled with delicious traditional dishes with a twist.
