Chinese New Year comes to Saturday Kitchen

  Really excited to be returning to Saturday Kitchen tomorrow, 6th February at 10am on BBC 1. Always a pleasure to work with the wonderful James Martin and the crew – such fun!  With Chinese New Year just around the corner, I will be cooking a traditionally symbolic dish that is healthy and will make you wealthy!     I will certainly give the Congee a try, Ching!  I first had it at a restaurant in Taiwan, but yours looks so much more colourful!
