Power up November!

  I always think that the beginning of November can leave you feeling a little bit flat.  Summer is well and truly over but the excitement of Christmas is yet to begin.  I always find it hard to get motivated but I find even just 20 minutes of exercise a day can really boost my energy and get the blood flowing.  Maybe just a quick walk rather than taking the bus or a calming hot yoga session to take stock and rejuvenate.     Make sure you take care of your body from the inside too.  My Nutritious nutty coconut green shake is a nut feast that will deliver a whole host of nutrients and keep you full until lunch.  Spinach is high in fibre, vitamins and iron and the avocado and nuts add healthy fats and a rich buttery texture.  You can even add a scoop of protein powder for recovery or muscle building after a workout.  Full recipe is in Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health or find it here    It’s so tasty and will leave you feeling like you are ready to face the world!   Love, Ching x
