I always think that the beginning of November can leave you feeling a little bit flat. Summer is well and truly over but the excitement of Christmas is yet to begin. I always find it hard to get motivated but I find even just 20 minutes of exercise a day can really boost my energy and get the blood flowing. Maybe just a quick walk rather than taking the bus or a calming hot yoga session to take stock and rejuvenate. Make sure you take care of your body from the inside too.
