With the Great British Bake Off and National Baking Week in full swing it felt only right to offer you my Chinese take on a baked classic. My Apple, lychee and blackberry crumble is the perfect comfort food, great for a warming winter dish! This is my take on English crumble, the Chinese influence here being lychees.
