I was very keen to include a stainless steel steaming rack with my new Lotus Wok. Steaming is such a fantastic way of maximising flavour whilst locking in the nutrients. It’s an incredibly healthy way to cook and helps to keep food hot before it is served at the table. My Healthy steamed shredded chicken with crunchy vegetables and yuzu dressing and pecans is a great example. This ‘clean’ chicken salad is a really tasty way to aid weight loss. Rather than poaching the chicken, just pop it on a plate on top of the steaming rack, cover with the glass lid and allow to steam for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
