Good morning you all! Looking for some inspiration for lunch? How about my simple recipe for Wok-fried five-spiced duck breast with orange and pomegranate wild rice salad? This is a delicious, filling lunch which will provide all the nutrients and fuel you need for an active day. Duck is full of protein which supports the immune system and the wild rice grains are not polished or refined and therefore contain more fibre than white rice.
