Wok-Fried Five Spice Duck Salad

2016-09-20 21:19:57|Food

It was lovely to see a clip from Exploring China on Saturday Kitchen at the weekend.  Ken Hom’s Peking Duck is utterly delicious and I still love to watch him in action.  Probably one of the most famous Chinese dishes, it is a rich and indulgent and involves a lot of preparation.  If you love duck but fancy a quick, healthier, mid-week alternative, my Wok-Fried five-spiced duck breast with orange and pomegranate wild rice salad is definitely for you.  This will provide nutrients and fuel for an active day.  Duck is full of protein and the wild rice grains contain fibre and rich in antioxidants.  The duck just needs a quick toss in the Lotus Wok and then add to the salad.  Simple.   Check out my video for the full recipe https://youtu.be/ha_yRmcl9gg     Happy wokking!   Love, Ching x
