Another Friday, another delicious recipe for the weekend! Fancy a breakfast treat tomorrow morning? Try my Crispy Fried Breakfast Eggs. This is crispy fried eggs - Chinese style! I love my eggs sunny side up, cooked in my Lotus Wok, with a crispy base and dressing it with hot chilli sauce, oyster sauce, light soy and fresh herbs. Dee-lish! You can serve the eggs with wholemeal baton piece of toast to break into the egg yolks and to mop up the Chinese seasonings. Have a great weekend! Love, Ching x
