Sometimes it is just simple changes to the way we cook that makes all the difference. I really love to steam chicken to make it lovely and succulent and extremely healthy too. I was really keen to include a steaming rack with my Lotus Wok so people could try this technique. Simply put the chicken or vegetables on a heatproof plate on to the rack and pop on the glass lid to let them steam. It’s quick and easy and retains all the juices and flavours. With my Steamed Chinese sesame chicken with supergreen salad, you add toasted sesame oil and Chinese five spice powder to the chicken which leaves a delicious, juicy dressing for the dish.
