Smoked organic salmon, watercress, hijiki seaweed & miso dressing

  Heatwave!! When the sun is shining, my whole energy is lifted. I shall be making the most of this late summer weather and storing up all the extra strength that it gives me.  I thought that I would recommend a light and refreshing dish, great for a warm day.  My Smoked organic salmon, watercress, hijiki seaweed with a miso dressing is rich in protein and full of nutrients - all the better for heart health, joint mobility and general wellbeing.  If you have some smoked salmon in the fridge, this is a great, lean recipe which will make a tasty change.  I love smoked salmon, it has plenty of omega-3 fats and high in vitamin D.  Try and get hold of some hijiki seaweed, if you can; it’s worth the extra effort as it really adds to the dish.  The miso dressing is brimming with flavour and health benefits and tastes delicious!     Full recipe is in Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health http://bit.ly/eatcleanbook   Have a great day!   Love, Ching x
