Only 5 days to go until Christmas! I thought that I would share two of my favourite side dishes - perfect accompaniments to your Christmas dinner. First up is my Smoked paprika roast sweet potatoes. So simple to do and makes a great alternative to parsnips. Next, I have my Soy and sesame French beans which take a matter of minutes to stir fry in the Lotus Wok. I love to stir in some pickled red cabbage to really elevate the dish. Much more exciting than a pile of boiled brussels sprouts! Both recipes can be found in my cookbook, Chinese Food Made Easy.
