Hello to you all Another top tip for eating clean, seaweed! I am not talking about crispy seaweed, which is actually deep fried dark spring cabbage seasoned with salt, pepper and five spice (too naughty!), but dried wakame seaweed. It is the perfect low-calorie ingredient that is high in yíngyăng. Great for snacking on raw or in soups and salads. A great source of iodine which is critical to maintaining a healthy thyroid and hormone regulation. A real superfood!
