Saturday's Easy Chinese: San Francisco show (1pm ET/10am PT on the Cooking Channel) is all about Fusion Food - one of my absolute favourite styles of cooking. I'll be visiting master fusion chef Chris Yeo at the Straits Restaurant where we'll be cooking up Red Curry Chicken Stir Fry, then over to Miguel Jara at La Taqueria where Italian meets Chinese with Italian fusion Soba Noodle Salad - delicious. In San Francisco’s colorful Mission District, I'll be heading for some full-fusion flavor with a soon to be classic — Crispy Duck and Asian Pear Tacos dish. See you there! Ching x
