Good morning everyone As we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. During sleep your metabolism slows down due to lack of food and movement, meaning reduced fat burning. When you wake up, you need to kick start your metabolism. In my new book, Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health, I’ve dedicated a whole chapter to breakfast recipes to help you start burning fat and set you up for the day. One of my favourites is my Protein-burst smoked salmon (recipe here), spinach and chive egg-white omelette, pictured here. A great all-round, nutrient rich breakfast.
