I have a busy day of filming ahead so am stocking up on a power breakfast to see me through the day. I love seeded rye toast with avocado, egg and soy sauce. It is absolutely delicious and packed full of energy. Poach or fry your eggs in the Lotus Wok - I like to keep the yolk runny and serve with a glass of cold soya milk, cup of rooibos or some fresh fruit juice. You just can’t go wrong.
