New Year's Resolution

                               With New Year being the perfect excuse to put something new into practice, I have decided to try and eat a rainbow of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables every single day, but also to introduce world cuisines to inject some excitement into the dishes! Last night I started with a simple dish of stir fried seasonable vegetables - then I introduced some Kashmiri pepper, instead of my usual five spice, for a real kick! :)
