New series of Market Kitchen: Big Adventures for Good Food Channel

Ching is working hard on her 4th cookbook. Watch this space! Ching is filming with Matt Tebbutt and the team in Kent for the new series of Market Kitchen: Big Adventures for Good Food Channel. Ching has been invited to judge at National Chef of the Year Competition organised by the Craft Guild of Chefs. Congratulations to the winner Hrishikesh Desai. Adam Bennett, head chef, Simpsons Restaurant and Frederick Forster, head chef, 44 Restaurant and Lounge achieved second and third place respectively. Ching and Iron Chef Michael Symons take part in a challenging shoot for USA Weekend in New York together. Watch this space! Ching has teamed up with Chinese beer, Tsingtao, to find Britain's favourite Chinese restaurant! Ching hosted the evening held this year at The Courthouse Doubletree Hilton, London. The results are in and the winner of this year's competition is Pearl Liang. Paddington, London.
