To celebrate National BBQ Week how about my Spiced Lamb Chops with pickled onion and coriander salad? This dish takes inspiration from the spices used by the Muslim Chinese in their cuisine. Their ancestors would have travelled to China along the Silk Road, bringing their own customs and cooking styles, including spicy lamb kebabs. I’ve taken my cue from them for this dish. It’s fast, simple, delicious and healthy, as well as being perfect for entertaining. If the BBQ is a wash out, then you can easily cook the chops in your Lotus Wok in a matter of minutes.
