My favourite mid-week suppers are those which take minutes to prepare – this one is no more than ten minutes in total, Black Bean Mussels in Japanese Beer, mussels are in season right now which means you’ll be able to pick up some really juicy ones, it’s also an excuse for a mid-week chilled glass of beer!
