LA Late Night Eats...

2012-06-24 03:22:06|Food

In tonight's Easy Chinese episode, I scour the streets in the City of Angels to find the best Chinese offerings in the vast Los Angeles late night street eats scene. It is a long late night exploration with pitstops at Chinatown's Central Plaza, Mountain Bar, Full House Seafood, Formosa Café and Hollywood Streets in the Cahuenga area. On my journey, I am joined by comedy duo The Fung brothers, Don Chow of Don Chows Taco truck and Vince Jung of the legendary Formosa Café (whose patrons have included more A-list names than on The Hollywood Walk of Fame).  I get inspired to cook late night munchies on the streets of LA for my guests – recipes include Oyster Omelette Scallion “tacos” pancakes and my twist on a Sichuan classic, Dan Dan noodles. So tune in to Cooking Channel for a fun packed late night adventure! Every Saturday 5.30 PST and 8.30 EST. With the cute and hilarious Fung brothers…who had a surprise for me..
