Happy St Georges Day for tomorrow! If you're celebrating then I have a great recipe for you - an Asian take on Classic Fish & Chips. The English love the traditional fish and chip takeaway but you know how I love to give the classics an Asian twist! How about trying my Japanese-style crispy halibut with lemon sauce cooked in my Lotus Wok. If you like ordering lemon chicken from your local takeaway, then you will like this dish.
