Golden Chinese eggs with oyster sriracha and toasted cashew nuts

    Brrrrrr! I hear that it is getting cold in the UK at the moment!  I am filming out in Hong Kong right now but guessing you guys need some warming up!     The NHS have launched their Stay Well This Winter campaign.  They say, "Food is a vital source of energy, which keeps your body warm. Try to make sure that you have hot meals and drinks regularly throughout the day and keep active in the home if you can.”  Good advice, especially for the most vulnerable.     Although many people reach for a bowl of cereal in the morning, you really can’t beat a hot breakfast full of nutrients and protein.  Of course, there is the trusty fry up but why not reach for the #LotusWok instead and try my spicy twist on fried eggs with my Golden Chinese eggs with oyster sriracha and toasted cashew nuts.  Lean protein in the eggs, turmeric to boost brain function and cashew nuts provide some added fibre and a whole range of vitamins and minerals.  Full recipe in Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health.     This will warm you up and start your day with a bang!   Love, Ching x
