Brrrrrr! I hear that it is getting cold in the UK at the moment! I am filming out in Hong Kong right now but guessing you guys need some warming up! The NHS have launched their Stay Well This Winter campaign. They say, "Food is a vital source of energy, which keeps your body warm. Try to make sure that you have hot meals and drinks regularly throughout the day and keep active in the home if you can.” Good advice, especially for the most vulnerable. Although many people reach for a bowl of cereal in the morning, you really can’t beat a hot breakfast full of nutrients and protein.
