  Ginger! A fabulous stick of healthy dynamite.  Not only does is warm the body, it’s great for digestion and packs a punch.  It’s a potent anti-inflammatory, immunity enhancer and metabolism booster.  It also help your body to detoxify.  Great in the winter for fighting colds and flus and refreshing in the summer with it’s invigorating bite.    One of my favourite summertime drinks is a Lemon, Ginger and Cayenne Pepper Cooler.  Perfect on a hot summer's day and so good for you. Lemons are packed with vitamin C, ginger is great for the immune system, and cayenne pepper helps your digestion and the manuka honey gives a delicious sweetness and packed with nutrients.
