The countdown to the weekend is on! Dry January is over and we are one step closer to spring – yippee! I have decided to get my ‘wok on’ and cook up my Bacon and Egg Fried Rice. What I love about wok cooking is that it is quick and easy and, with only one pan, saves on the washing up! This recipe is a little bit naughty but, oh so nice! I love it for breakfast on a Sunday morning with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. For a healthier version, cut down on the oil and stick to lean bacon or leave it out all together. Thrown in some extra delicious vegetables for a hearty bowl to enjoy at anytime of day. Happy wokking! Love, Ching x
