What does Jewish, Malaysian and French cuisine have to do with Chinese cuisine?...In today’s Easy Chinese episode we go in search of Fusion Superstars! Chinese cuisine makes the jump from Chinatown to Manhattan’s finest restaurants as I explore how some of NYC’s superstar chefs have incorporated favourite elements of Chinese cuisine into their restaurant menus.
