Hello everyone Another tip from my book and today I will be championing the fabulous Edamame. Yes, they are rich in complete protein and fibre and full of vitamins and minerals but they are also delicious, filling and make a great snack or side dish to any meal. My new book, Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health has ideas for both main and side dishes using these tasty beans.
