I am so pleased to be a part of a new six-hour series for the National Geographic Channel, called Eat: The Story of Food! Each episode delves into the history of food and will unveil how the ingredients that comprise our meals have evolved over time. The series starts tonight, Friday 21st November, at 9pm. Catch me in the following episodes: Carnivores, November 21 at 10pm, Sugar Rushes, November 22 at 9pm, Sea Changes, November 22nd at 10pm and Baked and Buzzed, November 23 at 10pm. Through this six-hour event, I’ll be one of the many chefs, food experts, authors and scientists adding our collective observations. A must see for all those true foodies out there!
