Coleslaw shouldn’t just be the forgotten side dish at the summer bbq. The supermarket pots can be very rich and full of fat but my Raw Chinese leaf rainbow ‘coleslaw’ is fresh, zesty and adds a crunchy, flavoursome punch to liven up your bbq. Red cabbage and kale add the fibre; mangetout adds some sweetness while the almonds and olive oil are great sources of healthy fats. Delicious!
