Comfort food can be like enjoying a plate of nostalgia or sentiment, meals we remember from when we were growing up - or it can simply be easy-to-digest dishes, which are maybe soft in consistency and rich in taste and nutrients. Either way, comfort food needn’t be bad for you - as is often the consensus. This Bacon and Egg-Fried Rice dish is one of my ultimate favourites on a cold Sunday morning, the peas are loaded with vitamins and you can substitute jasmine rice for brown rice, so you can almost feel virtuous enjoying this one!
