Ching’s Fakeaway this week brings you the Bacon and Egg-fried Rice! This actually makes a great hearty breakfast - yes indeed! I usually make this from leftover rice I have in the fridge and some garden peas in the freezer - the perfect quick fix if I am feeling hungry! One of my favourite breakfasts, washed down with a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or a quick meal or side dish, tossed together in the Lotus Wok (insert link) for a simple alternative to the takeaway classic.
