I love parties and there's something very therapeutic about preparing party nibbles too. On today's Easy Chinese: San Francisco my Auntie Mei-Lin is having a retirement party in San Francisco's South Bay - here we are (above) partying with the crew! I'll be stocking up at Oakland's bustling Rockridge Market Hall - the only European-style market in San Fransisco - to make tasty Sweet and Sour Pork Sliders, Crispy Salt & Pepper Squid with Asian Salad, Pork and Prawn Boiled Wontons and some delicious Mandarin Martinis to wash it all down.
