The comforts of Chinese cuisine can be found right in San Francisco! Today on Easy Chinese: San Francisco I'll be demonstrating the art of the hand-pulled noodle with Chef Jiang (above) at San Dong Noodle House and making my exceptionally comforting chicken soup. Next up, I'll be creating a sticky dish inspired by family traditions and direct-from-London, my best mate and tea expert Don Mei takes me for a proper tea.
