Chef competition show Perfect

Ching cooked with star chefs Nic Watt (“Perfect Asian Feast)” and Paul Merrett (“Perfect Saturday night in”) in the Chef competition show Perfect where top chefs go head to head in three rounds to create their Perfect dishes. Ching with Chef Paul Merrett of The Victoria in Sheen, London.  Ching also took part this month in the "The British Chinese Food Culture" Project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. The heritage focus for the project is to track the changes of Chinese food in the UK and is carried out by the well respected Ming-Ai Institute. To view their work please take a look at www.ming-ai.org.uk Ching was invited to the beautiful Brown Thomas department store in Dublin to launch her new tableware collection in partnership with Typhoon. The display looked beautiful and the team there were so welcoming! A huge heartfelt thank you to everyone who dropped in to say hello! If you are heading there for Christmas shopping please do check it out.  Ching’s range in Brown Thomas Ching spent a week in New York promoting her new US book, Ching’s Everyday Easy Chinese and her show on the Cooking Channel Easy Chinese: San Francisco. She  also appeared and cooked with the superstar chef Rachael Ray and for famed news journalist Al Roker on The Today Show.  Ching’s Everyday Easy Chinese Cookbook Ching cooking with Superstar chef Rachael Ray Ching with Al Roker and the news stars of the Today Show.  October saw the final stages of the Tsingtao Legacy of Taste competition. Ching will be watching the films that were made at the judging events before crowning the winning restaurant at the Courthouse Doubletree by Hilton hotel next month.
