They come in a variety of shapes, sizes and colours and are rich in vitamin A, C and K, folate and potassium. The tomato is the juicy jewel of many a dish and with their acidic tang they bring lots of flavour. Keep them fresh by buying locally and store out of the fridge to keep their delicious flavour.
