I love a pop of colour! On my breakfast this morning I topped my oatmeal with lots of gorgeous blueberries and raspberries. With blueberries in season, they are at their very best and packed with antioxidants and vitamins. A bowl of oatmeal for breakfast sets me up for the day and leaves me feeling fuller for longer. A smaller portion makes a good snack in the afternoon too. Oatmeal is a great slow-releasing, complex carbohydrate and is high in protein and a variety of vitamins.
