A lovely long bank holiday weekend ahead of us. 3 whole days of rest and relaxation! As you have a little more time to play with, why not try a recipe that is a little more challenging, with lot of ingredients, but worth the extra effort. My Hunan-style Shredded Pork with chillies and black beans on crispy noodles, is all about layers of flavour. Slivers of meat stir-fried with chillies, black beans and leeks is a classic flavour combination in Hunan. I love using organic lean pork with the crispy noodles.
