I never tire of avocado! In Chinese it is known as Niu you Guo, or nature’s butter. It has high levels of monounsaturated fat (good fats), which helps regulate blood sugar and is great for the heart, as well as being super nutritious. I use avocado a lot in my recipes and there are some great ideas in Eat Clean: Wok Yourself to Health. Thought it might be nice to show you how to use this fabulous fruit, four different ways.
