For me, salads are an all-year-round dish, not just for summer. This Spicy Chickpea Salad is spicy and zingy as well as being super-healthy. Chickpeas are great for bone health, memory and digestion as they’re bursting with fibre, folic acid and manganese. So not only does this salad taste amazing – and I sometimes add a little soy sauce or rice vinegar to Chinese-ify it – it’s also super good for you, result!
